About Us

We are a small, family-run company offering guided kayak tours from the charming village of Árskógssandur. We focus on small groups to create a more personal and relaxed experience. As the owners and guides are kayakers and surfers we have a deep connection to the ocean and a genuine love for it. Our tours take you along the coastline, where you can enjoy paddling through calm waters, observing birds and marine life, and taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Your Guide

Filip has over 12 years of experience exploring the Icelandic coastline, with a deep understanding of local winds, currents, and fjörds. Filip worked as a kayak guide in the remote Natural Reserve - Hornstrandir in Westfjords. As a Wilderness First Responder he prioritise safety on the water and loves to share the knowledge and passion for/of the sea. As well as kayaking Filip  been surfing for more than 9 years in Iceland which gives him extra unique understanding of swells and tides.
